Terms for a print order.
Who you are buying from, what it costs, how you pay for it, where we deliver and how long it takes, how an order is agreed, and what happens if you cancel. Plain sentences, and every one of them true today.

Who you are buying from
Babah3D is Ali Imran bin Mohd Isa, trading as BABAH THREE D SERVICES — a sole proprietorship registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia under 202603197909 (NS0325864-X).

What we make and sell
Small personalised 3D-printed pieces, made to order and delivered. A name keychain for a school bag. A clicker button with somebody’s drawing on it. A desk sign for a shop counter. A cake topper. A batch of door gifts for a wedding.
We print in PLA and PETG, in colour — up to four colours in one piece — and in TPU where a part has to bend, like a luggage-tag strap. Colours depend on what is in stock that week, and we tell you what we have before you choose.
You do not need a file. A photograph, a rough sketch on paper, or just the words you want are enough to start.
What it costs
Prices are per piece and in ringgit, and they include the design work. The whole list is on 3D printing in the Klang Valley. Printing a file you already have is quoted by weight, colours and print time.
We tell you what the delivery costs before you pay for anything. It is not a fixed number — it depends on where you are and what you order — so it is quoted with the piece rather than published as a rate.
Delivery is by Grab or Lalamove, or you can collect it yourself.
How you pay
Bank transfer or DuitNow, direct to our account. No e-wallet, and no cash on delivery. We share the account details when an order is agreed.
Where we deliver, and the minimum order
For now we deliver within Malaysia only, and delivery takes 3–5 business days. Delivery orders start at RM50. Collect it yourself at Setapak and there is no minimum.
Delivery covers the whole country. Around us that means Cheras, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Shah Alam, Klang, Subang Jaya and Kajang, and the rest of Malaysia is posted or couriered the same way.
How long it takes
3–7 working days from the moment the design is agreed.
Tell us the date you need it by when you ask. The date is the part that decides everything else, and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible.
The print page carries a table headed “Usually” with the shapes of job we take and the days they usually run to. Read it as the shape of the job rather than a promise about your order, and ask us for your date.
How an order works
The arrangement happens in a chat, not on a form. Send us a picture of what you want, the words spelled the way you want them printed, how many, and by when.
Nothing is printed until the design, the quantity, the price and the date are agreed between us.
Personalisation is priced in tiers rather than flat, because a two-letter name and a nine-letter name are not the same job. Designing it is included in the price unless the piece is unusually complicated, in which case we say so before we start.
Children’s items, and certification
Some of what we make is for children — name tags and keychains for school bags, mostly. We hold no safety or health certification for anything we make, and we do not claim any. This is a small workshop printing personal items to order.
If a piece is going to a young child, tell us when you order and ask us anything you want to know about the material first.
The design tool is a separate product
Clicker Wonderland is our browser tool for designing a clicker and printing it yourself. It is a different product: it produces files, and it does not print, ship or sell physical objects. It has its own terms and privacy policy, published at clicker.babah3d.com.
Nothing on this page is about the app, and nothing in the app’s documents is about a print order placed with us. Cancelling a subscription is the one thing written in both places, and it is written here too.
Cancelling, and refunds
Paid plans are not on sale yet. Clicker Wonderland is free while we’re in beta — try it now, and help us make it better. There is nothing to cancel today, and this is what will apply when they open.
Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep the plan and what it gives you until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
We are not going to write here that a cancellation is never refundable, because that is not what the law says. Under Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999 a consumer can end a contract for services that have not yet been performed, and is entitled to the part they paid for and did not get. So where the law gives you money back, we pay it: write to support@babah3d.com, say what happened, and we will answer in writing and refund within 14 days of the day you tell us, to the payment method you paid with.
